I STILL REMEMBER THE DAYS I SPENT IN THE COUNTRYSIDE AS A CHILD...
For me it was sheer pleasure, unlike that of my parents, the effort and fatigue of cultivating the soil; water, seeds, sweat and dirty hands.
An effort that would be rewarded when we reaped the harvest.

I liked to watch my mum and grandmother in the kitchen, cooking, satisfied and content with the produces gained from the land by hard work and divine intervention.
I so enjoyed taking in the fragrances, always trying to guess what was boiling in the pot.

Savouring the aromas, the fragrances, the love.
I liked to ponder on all the labours contained in the joy of lunches and dinners in my home, they were always accompanied by a good dose of laughter and above all by a good glass of wine produced by my grandfather, who never missed an opportunity to boast of the beautiful colour he had managed to obtain from the juicy grapes.
Of course, I liked to drink this too, without my mother's consent.
But most of all, I liked to observe the transformation of raw ingredients and the Cura and attention to detail. And all the while, I was cultivating a dream.
Today the dream has a name CURA, the paradigm of Love: for this earth, its fruits, and its people.
